Mom came to visit and brought my favorite pizza (par baked) from our home town.

My first homemade pizza - doesn't look like much but it was goood (posted by proud, yet left handed self taught chef)

Pizza Wednesday at Golem's - 63% Hydration - 8 hour at RT - 390°C

[Homemade] - Second try pepperoni & pickled jalapenos. First one stuck to the pizza stone.

Finally I took a picture before my greed took over and ate my creation. Normal pie with gouda, prosciutto and some hot oil. My forming still needs work though.
